Legal & General offer Mortgage Life Insurance as well as the option to add critical illness cover to your policy. Choose the best policy for you:
• Mortgage Life Insurance: Legal & General provides a lump sum if you die
within the policy term, which can be used to pay off your mortgage. There
are 2 types:
• Decreasing Term Assurance - designed for a repayment mortgage or
other loan, as the lump sum reduces each year broadly in line with
your mortgage balance.
• Level Term Assurance - suited to interest only mortgages or
providing family protection, as your lump sum is fixed throughout the
policy term.
• Optional Critical Illness cover - illnesses. You can add Critical Illness Cover
to your life assurance at an additional cost to help protect yourself and
your family against 40 conditions.
• As well as protecting your mortgage, Legal & General can provide Family
Protection Plans.
