Case Tracking

You can now track and monitor the progress of your client's cases, all the way from submission to completion.

Below is a step by step guide to get you started.

Viewing a client's case

Logged in ScreenshotLogin as normal and you will be able track cases in two ways. 

  1. Firstly you can select "View List" under Case Tracking & Your Portfolio; from here you can click "View details" next to the appropriate client. 

  2. The other way is to search specifically for an individual client in the "Existing Customer" fields.

Customer Status Report

Customer Status Report ScreenshotThe status report will guide you through five different stages of the application and show you the date that it reached its current status.

  1. Submitted
  2. Underwriting
  3. Offered
  4. Awaiting Completion
  5. Complete

Application Summary

Application Summary ScreenshotApplication summary will show the mandatory documents required to progress the application and confirm when they have been received .

This section will also inform you when a document has been received. If a document is incorrect, we will ask for an updated document and for any additional information we require to progress the case. We will inform you via e-mail, where and when this request was sent will be visible in this section.

Documents can be uploaded via our document upload link, accessible in this section.

Valuation and Completion

Valuation and Completion ScreenshotValuation details will provide you with a scheduled date for the valuation and will automatically update when the valuation details are returned to Principality.

Completion will similarly update when the Certificate of Title is received and we are ready to release the funds.
