Following the launch of Principality Stadium in January 2016 we’re able to offer Principality Members a range of benefits which are available through a Member Rewards page hosted in Your Account.
The Member Rewards page is our way of saying thanks and offers Members the chance to start enjoying benefits such as priority ticket access to selected events at Principality Stadium, 15% discount at the WRU online shop, exclusive competitions and automatic entry into all of our unmissable prize draws.
We appreciate that not all Members who qualify for our online Member Rewards page will wish to access the benefits online. Whilst we currently aren't able to offer all of the benefits that are available online, we do have an alternative option available to our Members as well. Please call us or pop into one of our branches to find out more.
We will need to pass your details across to relevant third parties so that they can contact you with relevant information and instructions on how to use your Member Rewards.
We also want to keep you up to date with any competitions and reward updates that will be available on the page so you don’t miss anything.
You are giving us permission to contact you about future Principality Member Rewards and competitions. Third parties will only contact you when it’s related to your Member Rewards.
If however you are already opted in to receive information from those third parties, you will continue to receive the current level of information from them.
You’ll need your WRU log in details every time you purchase something from the WRU online store and for priority ticket opportunities.
The WRU will aim to contact you within 14 working days so that you can activate your WRU shop account with them. This is so you can start using your discount in the WRU online shop. If it has been longer than this and you haven’t received an e-mail. Please contact 0330 333 4000.
Before the next priority ticket opportunity, the WRU will email you asking you to activate your ticketing account with them. This is so you can purchase priority tickets with them when they are available.
Yes, because by completing the form, you are giving us permission to pass your details to relevant third parties, in order to offer and administer Member Rewards.
The Member Rewards page is only available to Principality Reward Members. Since you last accessed the Member Rewards page, you may have lost ‘Reward Member’ status. A Principality Reward Member is:
- A person aged 18 or over who has a share investment, a savings or a mortgage loan with the Society over £100.
- If the customer does not qualify as a Member, the page will not appear in Your Account.
This page will only appear in Your Account when you are a qualifying Reward Member.
We are very proud of our new partnership and wanted to share with our Members benefits they can receive from it. Over time we plan to add more benefits to the page that aren’t just related to Principality Stadium. Once you’ve activated your Member Rewards, you’ll be notified every time something new is added to the Member Rewards page.
Priority ticket - FAQs
You will receive an e-mail from us to let you know which event you can apply for tickets and the time frame that you will have to apply.
The timeframe will vary from event to event, however it will be clear in your application e-mail how long the window is open for and the date you will be told whether you have been successful.
The maximum number of tickets will vary by event and will be clear to you when applying.
You’ll be notified by e-mail every time we have tickets for our Reward Members to apply for. We will aim to inform you of the events as soon as possible so that you are aware what’s coming up.
If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve activated your Member Rewards by completing the form on your Member Rewards page. You’ll then receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
When tickets are released to Principality Reward Members, the WRU will email you asking you to activate your e-ticking account with them, you'll need these log in details every time you want to purchase priority tickets. The WRU will then email you with further instructions on how to apply for these tickets.
WRU online store discount - FAQs
When you submit your details in Member Rewards, we will pass your contact details to the WRU who will contact you inviting you to register for a WRU account. Once you’ve completed the form and received your activation e-mail from the WRU, you’ll be able to start using your 15% discount straight away. When you are logged into the WRU website, the 15% discount will automatically come off at checkout.
The 15% discount comes off automatically at the check out. If there is still an issue, please contact 0330 333 4000 so that we can look into this for you.
No, the 15% will be applied to the original full price on the item(s).
