What are Member Rewards?

Member Rewards is our way of saying thank you and offers Members the chance to start enjoying benefits such as priority ticket access to selected events at Principality Stadium, 15% discount at the WRU online shop, exclusive competitions and automatic entry into all of our unmissable prize draws. 

How can I access Member Rewards benefits?

To be eligible to be a Reward Member, you must be a Principality Member, be over 18 and have a Principality mortgage or savings account with a balance of more than £100. There are two ways to sign up, online and offline:

Step 1: Visit www.principality.co.uk/getmore

Step 2: Register your details and confirm that you are a Principality Member

Step 3: Start enjoying the perks of being a Reward Member

Offline

We appreciate that not all Members who qualify for our online Member Rewards page will wish to access the benefits online. Whilst we currently aren't able to offer all of the benefits that are available online, we do have an alternative option available to our Members as well. Please call us or pop into one of our branches to find out more.

Once I have signed up, what will happen next? How do I activate my Membership with the WRU via Member Rewards?

You will receive an email from us to the email address you supplied within two weeks of registering and we will confirm that your Reward Membership is active. You will then qualify for automatic entry in our ticket prize draws also receive your 15% discount code to use at the online shop.

You will also receive an email from the WRU which will ask you to activate your online WRU account. This email can also take two weeks to reach you. This is where you can buy your pre-sale tickets when they are available, so keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk mail – you don’t want to miss out!)

Then you’re ready to go! 

Look out for your Reward newsletters where we will keep you informed of up and coming offers, tickets and prize draws.

 

Why do I need to give permission for people to contact me to access some of my benefits?

We will need to pass your details across to relevant third parties so that they can contact you with relevant information and instructions on how to use your Member Rewards.

We also want to keep you up to date with any competitions and reward updates that will be available on the page so you don’t miss anything.

Wiil I receive marketing materials from third parties?

You are giving us permission to contact you about future Principality Member Rewards and competitions. Third parties will only contact you when it’s related to your Member Rewards.

If however you are already opted in to receive information from those third parties, you will continue to receive the current level of information from them.

I haven’t seen emails from the WRU asking me to Activate, how can I now activate my Membership

If you have missed your emails from us or from the WRU, please check your junk mail in the first instance. If you need support in reviving your Rewards Account or to activate your account with the WRU, please get in touch via the contact us form on our website https://www.principality.co.uk/contact-us/contact-us-form for support, we’d be happy to help get you set up and ready to take advantage of the benefits of being a Reward Member.

I thought I was a Member but I haven’t seen any communications from you?

We will contact you to let you know of any latest competitions or Member Rewards updates.

To hear from us regarding Member Rewards, Principality Members must have activated their membership and qualify as a Rewards Member. To be eligible to be a Reward Member, you must be a Principality Member, be over 18 and have a Principality mortgage or savings account with a balance of more than £100. 

Reward Members will keep their Memberships status if they meet the terms and will receive all the relevant communications from us. If you no longer meet the terms of membership, your account will be automatically deactivated.

If you still qualify as a Reward Member, check your junk mail (even if you used to get emails, the email providers can change their rules)

I am already a member with the WRU, do I need to activate an account via Member Rewards?

Yes you do. This is where you will be able to access priority tickets and take up opportunities for any pre-sale tickets which are only available to Reward Members. We cannot combine any existing WRU accounts with the account you are entitled to as a Reward Member.

Why can’t I find my Member Rewards page in Your Account?

There are some changes happening to improve the services that you use most and your Member Rewards Hub is temporarily moving. It’s just the beginning of our programme of online improvements.

Now the www.principality.co.uk/getmore page will be our hub for Reward Members. Here you will find all the information you need, and if you have a question you can’t answer then you are welcome to contact us via the contact us form on our website https://www.principality.co.uk/contact-us/contact-us-form 

Don’t worry, it will soon be back and there are some exciting developments we are planning to make what we off you as a Rewards Members even better in the future.

Where can I find any information and updates regarding Member Rewards that I would previously see while logged in?

Everything you need can be found on www.principality.co.uk/getmore, but if you have any questions you are welcome to call us, email us or pop into your local branch for a chat.

What do the changes in process mean for me? Will my information be handled any differently?

The change in process will not affect how we look after your information. At Principality, keeping your data safe and secure is extremely important to us. My Member Rewards - FAQs

Why does the page currently just have Principality Stadium related benefits?

We are very proud of our partnership and wanted to share with our Members benefits they can receive from it. Over time we plan to add more benefits to the page that aren’t just related to Principality Stadium. 

Once you’ve activated your Member Rewards, you’ll be notified every time something new is added to the Member Rewards page.

 

Why do they seem to be Member Rewards that focus on Rugby?

Our partnership with the WRU is more than rugby. Principality Stadium is not just a sports venue, but rather a multi-purpose venue that hosts a wide variety of events from music concerts to track races, and even community events, which members benefit from with opportunities for ticketing. Through our Member Rewards offering, Principality members have already benefited and will continue to benefit from a range of exciting offers and opportunities such as priority ticket access to selected events at Principality Stadium and automatic entry into prize draws and ticket give-aways. 

Our partnership with the WRU has enabled us to offer Members truly unique experiences, competitions and tickets to some of the most in demand seats in town, including Guinness Six Nations, P!nk, Nitro Circus and more. We also were able to offer priority ticket opportunities to these events.

 

Priority ticket - FAQs

How will you contact me to let me know tickets are released?

You will receive an e-mail from the WRU to let you know which event you can apply for tickets and the time frame that you will have to apply.

How long until I know whether I have been successful in applying for priority tickets?

The timeframe will vary from event to event, however it will be clear in your application e-mail how long the window is open for and the date you will be told whether you have been successful.

How many tickets can I apply for?

The maximum number of tickets will vary by event and will be clear to you when applying.

Which events can I apply for tickets?

You’ll be notified by e-mail every time we have tickets for our Reward Members to apply for. We will aim to inform you of the events as soon as possible so that you are aware what’s coming up.

I haven't received any information on priority ticket access?

If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve activated your Member Rewards by completing the form on your Member Rewards page. You’ll then receive a confirmation e-mail from us. 

When tickets are released to Principality Reward Members, the WRU will email you asking you to activate your e-ticking account with them, you'll need these log in details every time you want to purchase priority tickets. The WRU will then email you with further instructions on how to apply for these tickets.

WRU online store discount - FAQs

How do I access my 15% discount at the WRU online store?

Your 15% discount code is included on your welcome email from us. Please save the email and keep the code safe as it will remain the same for all future purchases. To receive your 15% discount at the WRU online shop, all you need to do is enter this code at the checkout.

If the code is updated at any point, you will be notified via email of the new code.

 

I can't access my 15% discount at the WRU online store.

To receive your 15% discount at the WRU online shop, you'll need to use the discount code found on your activation email from Member Rewards which you should receive around two weeks after registering. This code will get updated regularly so please make sure you are using the most up to date code – you will be notified via email when there is a new code. Then, all you need to do is enter this code at the checkout for the discount to come off your purchase.

Can I receive my 15% discount on sale items?

No, the 15% will be applied to the original full price on the item(s).

I have an issue with my order?

You may want to visit the WRU website and contact them so that they can look into this for you.
