OUR COMMERCIAL TEAM

Eleri joined Principality in 2003 following a career in NatWest Bank. Her initial role was as a Bank Official followed by 3 years as an accredited Training Officer for Wales Regional Office. Her roles within the Society have included Executive PA to the Managing Director; Relationship Manger within Member Services and, since 2006, Executive PA to the Head of Principality Commercial.  Eleri also assists the Business Savings team, liaising with customers throughout the process to ensure customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Gareth has extensive experience within the Commercial arena, spending 20 years with High Street banks before joining the Principality’s Commercial Team in 2002. He currently looks after a large lending portfolio, oversees the Society’s award winning Business Savings proposition and liaises with professionals outside the Society to provide a full relationship approach for our customers.

Nicola joined Principality’s Commercial Team in 2002 after a number of years working within the Commercial arena.  Following 7 years developing and managing the Lending Support Team, Nicola is now Manager of Business Savings within Principality Commercial where her priorities include ensuring the Society continues to offer businesses and charities competitive products whilst providing a flexible, more personal service.

Rachel joined Principality in 2003 following a career with the Halifax where she worked extensively within the residential division.  After undertaking a number of roles within the Society, she transferred to the Commercial Lending Support team two years later.  Rachel is now Senior Administrator for Business Savings, where her duties include ensuring the team delivers a consistently high level of service to customers and managing the maturity process.
