Which cover is best for me?

  • Mortgage Life Insurance (also known as Decreasing Term Assurance)

  • This cover is ideally suited to a loan or repayment mortgage because the sum insured reduces each year roughly in line with your loan or mortgage balance

  • You may choose the sum insured and term of your policy to match your mortgage or loan

  • Term Assurance:

  • The sum insured stays the same throughout the policy

  • Ideally suited to providing financial protection for your loved ones or covering an interest only mortgage. This can also be used to "top-up" any other life cover you already have.

  • You decide the sum insured and the term of the policy

  • Don't worry, if you are still not sure which cover is best for you. Give us a call and our expert advisers will guide you through the different types of insurance available.

  1. Terminal illness cover included. Your policy will pay out in full if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness and the life expectancy is less than 12 months. This does not apply in the last 18 months of the term. If paid, the plan ends and there is no further payment on death.
  2. Free life cover as soon as you apply - between receipt and acceptance of your application for a maximum of three months. This benefit does not include death by suicide or pre-existing medical conditions.
