We need to investigate why you're unable to view all your accounts. To allow us to do this, we need some information from you first.

The credit is not showing in my account
This might be because your credit is still being processed. When processing is complete and the direct credit shows in your account, you should then be able to see all your Principality accounts.

If you have an eSaver and/or an eISA account and you are NOT transferring your ISA to this account
You need to activate your account by making your opening deposit. You can do this by making a bank transfer/direct credit or by sending us a cheque.
Please note that your transfer or cheque must be from the bank account you named in your application. If you use a different account, your payment will be returned to you.
By transfer
To make a transfer from your linked account to Principality, you will need to quote the following details:
Bank account number: 90653535
Sort code 20 18 15
Reference - quote your eSaver/eISA account number
By cheque
Make your cheque payable to Principality, followed by your name, e.g. 'Principality [Title Firstname Surname]"
Please write your eSaver/eISA account number on the reverse of the cheque.
If you have an eISA account and you are transferring another ISA to this account
Your account credit will show on “Your Account” when we have received the ISA transfer in from your ISA provider.
If you have not yet sent us your ISA transfer form, please complete and return to us. You will need to complete a separate form for each ISA you are transferring in.
If your ISA transfer is showing on your eISA account but you still cannot see all your Principality accounts, please complete this short form and return it to us, using the freepost address provided.
Please note: If we asked you for ID when you opened your eSaver or eISA account and you have not yet sent this, you will not be able to see your accounts.
