Principality partners with Brilliant Solutions Mortgage Club

Principality Intermediaries has joined Brilliant Solutions’ Mortgage Club lender panel, to extend its service offering. 

Members of Brilliant Solutions Mortgage Club are now able to register to Principality’s intermediary network. As well as being able to place applications direct with Principality Building Society, brokers will benefit from access to the Society’s specialist team of development managers.

Principality Building Society offers a range of residential and buy to let mortgages including fixed and discounted rates, cashback and joint borrower sole proprietor options. The Society recently took home the Mortgage Finance Gazette award as Best Regional Building Society for its mortgage product offering.

Brilliant Solutions, based in Swansea, also provide a range of services to benefit brokers including pay on completion and a broker support help desk.
