Member rewards strikes again
A Principality Building Society Member from Swansea was the latest Member Rewards competition winner to enjoy VIP treatment.
Emma Leigh, won tickets to see Wales v England go head to head from a hospitality box at Principality Stadium. She and her partner Alex also received a signed Welsh rugby shirt, a WRU supporters club membership, £250 spending money, the chance to watch the Captain’s Run plus an overnight stay in Cardiff.
The VIP rugby prize draw was the latest exclusive competition open to Principality Members who had signed up to take advantage of the reward scheme.
Emma says “I've never won anything before so I was completely shocked to receive the phone call to say that not only were we going to the game, but I'd won the top prize! The whole weekend was amazing, the overnight stay meant we had a chance to do a little shopping in the morning before heading to the game and the game itself was great.”
“Being in the hospitality box was a really unique experience and everyone couldn't have been nicer, from the staff serving the amazing food to the Principality staff that welcomed us and the view was fantastic too. I'd like to thank the Principality for a wonderful weekend and urge everyone to sign up to the member rewards scheme - you never know; you might be the next winner!"
Runners up of the competition won four tickets each to the Wales v England game, and two Principality Members were given a huge surprise as Wales rugby star Jamie Roberts, hand delivered their tickets to their homes in Cardiff.
David Rose, from Whitchurch, said: “I was totally gobsmacked to meet Jamie, it was totally unexpected. You don’t think you are going to be lucky but it’s absolutely wonderful. Big thanks to the Principality Building Society, it really is wonderful.”
Since launching Member Rewards in January 2016, Members of Principality Building Society have been able to take advantage of exclusive competitions and priority ticket access to events... In the past year, Principality has given away more than 1,000 tickets to events at Principality Stadium including Beyoncé, Speedway, Monster Jam, Judgement Day and the autumn rugby international series.
Julie-Ann Haines, customer director at the Principality Building Society, said: “We are delighted to hear more and more Members benefiting from Member Rewards, we hope our Members will continue to sign up so they can follow in Emma’s footsteps and take advantage of the benefits available. We’ve got plenty more lined up – it’s going to be an exciting year.”
