Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response
As with all businesses in the current climate, Principality has taken measures to ensure that safety remains one of our key priorities throughout this challenging period. Following the advice to social distance where possible, we’ve taken the difficult decision to postpone any upcoming interviews. If you have recently applied for a role with us, it may take longer than normal to hear back from us.
We will continue to recruit on a best endeavours basis, meaning our recruitment team will work with our hiring managers to shortlist their candidates and, where possible, find alternatives to face-to-face interviews such as telephone and video conferencing.
Advice for new colleagues
If you have recently been successful for a role with us at Principality but you’re yet to sign a contract, please do not hand your notice into your current employer until we can estimate and agree a start date with you.
If you’ve already signed a contract and you’re due to start at Principality in the coming weeks, you will still officially commence your employment with us from that agreed date and you will still be paid from that date as any other Principality colleague – if we haven’t already been in contact with you, you will hear from us soon.
