What is Your Account?
Your Account is an online service that allows you to manage the accounts you have with us - even if you opened your accounts in a branch or by post. Whether you're at home or on the go, you can keep an eye on your accounts whenever you want.
If you’ve already registered for Your Account but haven’t given us your mobile number yet, please call us on 0330 333 4000. You won’t be able to log in without one. We need your mobile number to confirm it’s you when you log in. Find out more our security features and Strong Customer Authentication. If you don’t have a mobile phone number or a mobile signal, don't worry, you can continue to manage your account by calling us.
Haven't yet registered for Your Account?
As an existing Principality customer, you can register now. You’ll need your mobile phone, so have it handy. Make sure you're ready for the new security features, or you won't be able to log in. Find out more here.
Once you've registered for Your Account, you can:
view your savings and mortgage accounts, including your current interest rates and recent transactions
take money out
change your personal details and how we send promotional information to you, including Member Rewards
contact us securely using Messages
apply more quickly for a new savings account
change your savings account name to something that means more to you

At Principality, we know how important it is for you to access your accounts easily.
Registering for our secure online service, Your Account, means you can manage your finances from the comfort of your own home.
It’s easy to use and is available to all our savings and mortgage customers.
Our latest releases, introduces:
a better online maturity journey, for customers with bond accounts coming to the end of their savings term
a new savings goal feature. You can set a date and goal amount, to help keep your savings on track
the replacement of your memorable word with security questions, if you forget your password. This will continue to strengthen the security in Your Account
If you’re a Principality customer who hasn’t signed up for our online service Your Account, please register so that you can manage your finances from the comfort of your own home. You’ll need your mobile phone, so have it with you.
