Improving your online services

Recently, we’ve been telling our Members about our commitment to improving our online offering to bolster the excellent customer service we already offer.

This month, we’ve introduced the first of our improved online services with the launch of

  • a newly designed online service Your Account; and
  • a quicker savings application journey

The new services also have new security features to keep your accounts even safer.

We’d encourage customers registered for Your Account to login to take a look at the new design. We’ve focused on improving the services you use most. Once you’ve taken a look please complete the feedback form to help us prioritise more new features.

If you haven’t signed up for our online service Your Account, please register. You’ll need your mobile phone, so have it with you.

All UK banks and building societies are carrying out extra security checks to help keep you safe when managing your finances online. It’s called Strong Customer Authentication, or SCA for short. Find out more here.
