Principality partners with IRESS to further improve mortgage service and processes

Principality Building Society has chosen IRESS’ mortgage sales and originations (MSO) as an integral part of its core mortgage platform transformation. 

IRESS is one of the leading suppliers of technology to financial services, including the mortgage market. Its MSO will make the mortgage journey simpler for Principality’s brokers and customers, with MSO already being used by a number of lenders of all sizes within the financial services industry.

MSO’s advanced capabilities will enable the society to manage changing business needs and bring new products to the market quickly, adapting to customer needs as the mortgage market evolves over time. It will allow easier integration to third party systems, to provide a seamless experience for brokers and customers.
