Principality launches range of cashback offers to residential mortgages

Principality Building Society has launched cashback deals to its residential mortgage product range.

The Society has introduced six further cashback mortgages to its product range, making cashback now available on 22 residential mortgages. The cashback bonus ranges from £200 – £1,000 and will be paid to the solicitor on completion of the mortgage application. The cashback deals include the 2 and 5 year 80% loan to value products at 2.15%, with £500 cashback.

Principality is the UK’s sixth largest building society, lending across England and Wales. The Society offers flexible lending criteria, including lending up to 90% LTV on new build properties.
