Principality receives Which? recommended provider status for second year running

Principality Building Society has been endorsed as a Which? Recommended Provider for mortgages, for the second year running.

Following a survey of online and branch customers, Wales’ largest building society earned five stars for their customer service, as well as keeping customers well-informed. Nine in ten customers also reported that they would recommend Principality Building Society to others.

Julie-Ann Haines, Chief Customer Officer at Principality Building Society, said:
“We are delighted to have been named as a Which? Recommended provider in recognition for the mortgage products and service we provide to our customers.

“We would not be able to achieve such highly esteemed recognition without the work of our fantastic colleagues, who are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service each day.

“Principality exists to help our Members prosper and the important role that we play in our communities must not be underestimated. We have 53 branches and 17 agencies around Wales and the borders, and our colleagues believe in what we are trying to achieve and in what we stand for as a mutual organisation that is owned by our Members.

“To maintain our excellent customer service we are reshaping the Society for our Members and future Members. We have been working with our Members by testing how we can tailor our digital services to offer them a flexible way of managing their mortgage and savings needs. It will make our mortgage journey simpler for brokers, Members and colleagues.”
