As a Member, it's your right to vote - help us shape the Society's future
As a mutual building society, we're owned by our Members. Each year we invite our Members to have a say on key decisions for the Society, like voting on who makes up your Board of Directors. Our aims are very much focused on providing a safe home for savings and helping home owners get a home and stay it in for longer.
This year, to ensure we do everything we can to continue to keep our Members and colleagues safe, we're making this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) an online event. We will have the minimum number of directors and colleagues who are Members that is required to form a quorum, present at the meeting. As we cannot allow Members or their proxies to attend the meeting in person, Members are encouraged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy.
One of the advantages of an online AGM is that you will be able to join the meeting, hear from your Board and ask questions from the comfort of your own home.
If you are eligible to vote you'll receive an AGM information pack by post or email from week commencing 15th March 2021. Your voting information pack will give you all the details you need to be able to vote and should you wish, to register to attend our online AGM. Please read our Summary Financial Statement, Notice of Meeting and Summary of Rule changes for more information.
