Restarting your mortgage payments
If you’re coming to the end of your mortgage payment holiday and are comfortable with your new monthly payment, you should restart your mortgage payments. This will avoid accruing more interest and any further increases to your monthly payments. You can access more detail on restarting your mortgage. Making an overpayment
If you're in a better financial position after your mortgage payment holiday then we’re really pleased that your circumstances have improved.
