As part of our commitment to your safety and security, and in line with new regulation due to launch later this year, we’re currently working on updates to Your Account.
This industry wide regulation, called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), is designed to help us all fight fraud and improve the security of your online payments.
We’ll be in touch with you later this year if you need to do anything. In the meantime, if you’re registered for Your Account, please log-in and check that the mobile number and email address we have for you are correct.
