Our Commercial Lending Base Rate
Following the reduction in the Bank of England’s base rate on August 7 2025, Principality Building Society’s Commercial Lending Base Rate (CLBR), applicable to some of our commercial clients, will go down from 6.25% to 6.00% on the 1 September 2025.
