Principality Commercial is proud to support the local community of Gilfach Goch by providing funding towards a new retail development situated in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The development has been leased to Co-op to bring a larger grocery store to the area.
Developed by Provincia Developments Ltd, the new retail space provides 3,800 square ft for the Co-op to trade, as well as increased parking spaces. Following a relocation from its smaller site in Cambrian Avenue, the new retail space has allowed the Co-op to increase its service offering and support the growing community.
The new Co-op has also played a large part through the recent pandemic, offering a safe environment for shopping and wider assistance to the local neighbourhood.

The development has been built on a long time demolished, former filling station and has brought this redundant site back to beneficial use for the local area. Replacing the fenced off, rubble strewn plot with a modern, fit for purpose retailing facility.
There is a further 1.5 acres remaining on the site for an additional phase of development in the future.
