On 4th June, the UK Government’s changes to the existing Mortgage Payment Holiday scheme came into effect and we continue to do all we can to support our Members affected by coronavirus (COVID-19).
- If your customers have not yet applied for a Mortgage Payment Holiday and now need to, they can use this form.
- If your customers have already applied for a Mortgage Payment Holiday and would like to apply for an extension, they don’t need to contact us yet. We will write to them outlining their options, including how to request an extension, ahead of their current payment holiday ending.
- If your customers have recently received a letter from us about their Mortgage Payment Holiday ending and would like to understand their options, or request a further extension, they can visit our updated Mortgage Payment Holiday form.
