Principality Building Society bring new houses to Milton Keynes with a £1.2m loan

Principality Building Society have funded a Bedford based company, Red Eagle Securities Ltd, in the development of 10 mews style townhouses in the north of Milton Keynes, providing a loan of £1.2 million to the company.  

Red Eagle Securities Ltd worked with a local builder, architect, planner and project manager on the site in Oakridge Park, Stantonbury, which was completed in December 2022. All the houses have sold off-plan, far ahead of the site completing, and the new homeowners will be shortly be moving in to their new homes.   

The houses sit within an existing development in Oakridge Park, close to local amenities, and the roof spaces have been designed to make the most of their outlook over hundreds of acres of parkland.
