Principality Commercial has collaborated on a 5th development with its long-standing client Claremont Finesse. 
Orchard Walls, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Surrey Hills in the village of Effingham, is a sophisticated gated development of eight modern homes.

The homes in Orchard Walls range from four bedroom detached houses to two bedroom semi-detached residences, with most featuring garages.  Located in landscaped grounds, each home has been finished to the highest standards and has a private garden.  

Principality has provided funding of £3.265m to support this development project.
