How we helped
Principality Commercial has supported Luxgrove since 2016, assisting Luxgrove on a variety of development projects ranging from conversions to ground up new build developments.
The Society has continued this support on Luxgrove’s latest new build development, Artscene, via a development facility of £12.9million. The project will provide 37 new homes with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in Acton, West London.
William McKenna, Co-Founder, Luxgrove Homes said:
“Witnessing unimaginative cookie-cutter homes increasingly emerge across the landscape, our founders envisioned a company that would bring heart back into homebuilding. Today our team of architects, designers and craftspeople work synergistically to design living spaces as unique as the people within them. We pour our passion into every home, seeing each project as a new story to tell.”
More about this project
Luxgrove has established a strong brand name in delivering exceptional homes with a high specification and unique design.
Artscene is the transformation of the former Barbara Speake Stage School. The development now offers the best of London living. A great location, hi-spec functionality, contemporary design and an outdoor living space. The development aims for low carbon energy efficient homes with a minimum B EPC rating.
The Artscene development will complete in Autumn 2025.
James Ford, Senior Relationship Manager at Principality Commercial said:
“I have had the pleasure of working alongside Luxgrove since the start in 2016. Whilst the scale of projects have grown over the years, the desire to deliver a best in class product remains at the heart of all the schemes built by Luxgrove. The team are meticulous in their approach to design and implement a bespoke finish to each home. I look forward to supporting Luxgrove as they continue to scale their operations.”
