How we helped

Working with Life Property Group for over 6 years, Llys Menevia is Principality Commercial’s third project with the South Wales based developer.  This residential development of 11 properties is just a stone’s throw from St David’s main shopping street and a 5 minute walk from St David’s Cathedral. Principality Commercial provided nearly  £4million residential development loan to support the project.

More about this project 

To accommodate local demand, Llys Menevia has a mixture of one bedroom flats and 4 and 5 bedroom family homes. 

The environmentally friendly properties use air source heat pumps, solar panels, electric charging, high insulation and have achieved an EPC A rating. This commitment to sustainable development has meant that the property was funded via the Principality Commercial’s Green Fund. 
Construction is now complete.  The show home opened in November with the first home already sold.
