Chris Davis

I'm a Member of Board Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee and Governance and Nominations Committee.

I am Certified Bank Director with 35 years of banking and financial services experience across change, IT, risk and operations. With a proven track record of delivery, I am well placed to support the Society’s transformational growth journey while focusing on the long-term sustainable success for its Members. 

My previous roles include Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at The Co-operative Bank, with additional Chief Operating Officer positions at Williams & Glyn, Ulster Bank and RBS. Most recently, I served as Managing Director of Ireland for Kyndryl. 

I am a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee at LINK Scheme. I also serve as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Mars Capital DAC. In addition, I act as a Banking and Financial Services Advisor to Kyndryl UK & Ireland.
