Intermediaries Mortgage Submission Process

  1. Check your client's affordability using the Affordability Calculator.
  2. Submit an AIP in Mortgage Sales Originations (MSO).
  3. Proceed to a full online application. We aim to process your client's application as quickly as possible. 

Supporting Documents

Any documents required to support the application will be generated according to the specific case requirements. Please check MSO for any outstanding case requirements. You can check which documents have been received and accepted, and check the progress of your application in real time.

You may be required to provide further information to support the application. If this is the case, we will notify you with any requests. Please be aware that the email address we will use to communicate with you is the email address you registered to MSO with.

If you have any queries or you require any assistance prior to submission, please contact your Business Development Manager.

For any updates after an application has been submitted, you can check the case status updates by logging in to MSO.
