Porting online form

Porting means your client can move house and apply to take their existing Principality mortgage product with them to their new home. If they need to, they can top up their borrowing on a new deal from our current range of mortgage products.

We will keep your client informed with updates at key stages of the process and we will not attempt to cross-sell any protection or insurance products, unless you have provided consent for us to do so. Please note that all porting applications are subject to our lending criteria.

How does it work? 

Step 1 - Please complete the porting request form below.
Step 2 - A Principality Mortgage Adviser will contact your client to discuss their requirements and then submit the porting application on your behalf. Please note, the Principality Mortgage Adviser is responsible for providing advice to the customer.
Step 3 - If the customer has consented to us providing update(s) to you, as the originating broker, we will keep you informed of the progress of the case with email notifications.
Step 4 - When the mortgage application completes we will send a compensatory payment of 0.4% of the advance amount to your chosen club or network.
