£30 Voucher Terms and Conditions

To open an account, your parent or guardian will need to visit a branch or book an appointment and take two forms of ID with them (passport, driving licence, etc.).

We will also need to see your birth certificate or passport. Don’t forget to take the voucher. If you are aged 14 or 15, you can do this yourself!

Terms and Conditions (show your parent or guardian if you are under 14)

1. This voucher can be used to open a children’s account, which can be opened and operated by a child aged 14 or 15, a parent or guardian, or by a Trustee (check the eligibility and Account Terms).
2. You must have received the voucher at the Royal Welsh Show 2026. You must provide the voucher to us when you open an account.
3. We will only accept the original paper voucher and it must have a valid reference on it.
4. The voucher can only be used once before it expires.
5. Once opened and we receive the voucher, we will pay £30 to the account. 
   1. If you would like to open an account for more than one child, you must open a separate account for each child and provide a separate voucher each with a valid reference for each account.
   2. We will pay £30 to each child’s account once successfully opened (up to a maximum of 4 vouchers can be redeemed per family or applicant).
6. Only one voucher can be redeemed into a child’s account within any rolling 12 month period from the date the last voucher was applied, regardless of the event (or campaign) at which the voucher was received. 
7. Vouchers used again within this period will be rejected, whether for a new or existing account.
8. We may close an account(s), reject vouchers and/or deduct voucher money from the balance if you breach these terms.
9. You cannot give this voucher to someone else, sell it, or use it for anything else.
10. By accepting the voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions and the relevant Account Terms.
11. If a child already has a children’s account with us, you do not need to open a new one but you must visit a branch and provide the voucher to us to pay it into an existing account.
