We were established in 2002 and since then have built a reputation for delivering tailored Commercial Property funding solutions.
Our main areas of funding are:
- Investment Funding - We provide funding for the acquisition and re-financing of investment properties across the main asset classes being offices, industrial, retail, and residential.
- Development Funding - We fund residential developments and commercial developments, the latter only against a pre-sale or pre-let.

All our commercial operations are located in one centralised location. Therefore, we are able to react swiftly to your requests and our team will manage all aspects of the lending process.
Our loans are typically between £500,000 and £3 million, subject to a maximum customer limit of £10 million. As we pride ourselves on a close working relationship with our customers, we will not usually lend against properties, or to customers, that are further than 2.5 hours travel time from Cardiff.
