Principality expands broker support network in England

Principality Building Society is relocating a member of its valued business development team to support their growing broker network in the south east of England.

Steven Bond, who will be bringing over 7 years’ experience to the new role, is set to provide support and assistance to the broker network in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

The move marks both the Principality’s continued growth in the south east region and commitment to ensuring brokers have a positive relationship with the building society. There are currently 8 business development managers across England, with Steve becoming the second appointment in the south of England.

Steve has experience in both underwriting and business development management from his role at Principality, as well as a strong customer focused approach.

Steve said:

“I’m thrilled to be going back home, where I’ll be supporting brokers who offer an excellent service to their customers. I’ll be spreading the word on everything from our buy to let product to new build criteria, and everything in-between.”

Helen Lewis, National Development Manager at Principality Building Society, said:

“Steve brings with him a wealth of experience from underwriting to managing our desk based business development managers and I am delighted to welcome him into the field team. We have seen continued growth in the south east region for our mortgage products and I know Steve will be a fantastic asset in providing excellent face-to-face support to our valued broker network.”
