Principality moves to Hereford high street

Wales’ largest building society has opened its doors in a new location in Hereford, to increase its services to members and customers in the area.

Principality has moved from Peters Square to the central location of 18 High Town. Alongside increased space and a homely interior, the branch will provide an in house mortgage advisor, to assist members and customers, as well as iPads, savings tools and private meeting spaces.

Principality is one of two retail occupiers of the previously redeveloped Alban House. The building was acquired for the Society by Cooke & Arkwright surveyors, showing Principality’s investment in Hereford’s high street.

The Society also has plans to continue on its support to communities in Hereford in the new year, alongside its recent donation of 100 chocolate boxes to support Hereford food bank.

Shaun Middleton, Head of Distribution at Principality Building Society said:

‘’We’re pleased to announce our Hereford branch has moved to the central location of 18 High Town. The relocation has allowed us to offer increased space and services to support our members in Hereford and the surrounding area, including a mortgage advisor. We look forward to welcoming members in a safe way and continuing to support the local community in the coming year.’’
