Show home opens on Powys’ Largest Development Site thanks to Principality's Funding

Morgan Homes is proud to announce the progress of its latest development project in Powys, the largest housing development site in the region which has been funded by Principality Building Society’s Commercial team. 

The show home at Brynygroes, Ystradgynlais is now open and plot reservations are now available for the first phase of the development. 

The project, which broke ground in August 2022, will feature 110 new build homes, including a mixture of 2, 3, and 4-bed modern, energy-efficient houses and bungalows.

The homes are being built using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to achieve an EPC A rating, benefitting from the Principality Green Fund initiative terms which are in place to drive a focus on creating sustainable homes for the future. The development will feature high levels of insulation, with Air Source Heat Pumps, and solar PV used across the development.
