Choose a new deal yourself

If you’re comfortable you understand the mortgage deal you want to switch to and are happy to make a decision without advice from us, you can switch your mortgage online. Browse our available deals to find a mortgage you’d like to switch to. To switch, you’ll need your full name, date of birth, postcode of the mortgaged property and the primary mortgage account number.

Switching online is referred to as ‘non advised’ as we won’t be able to discuss the details of your financial situation to make sure the deal you choose is suitable for you. You should only make a non-advised switch if you feel completely confident to do so, because you won't:

  • have protection from the Financial Conduct Authority for assessing the suitability of the change 
  • be able to claim under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, or
  • be able to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service about this aspect of your mortgage deal
