An economics and finance graduate from Cardiff University, Charlotte joined Principality in 2018 as part of the Welsh Financial Services Graduate Programme. Her experience with multiple employers in Cardiff's financial services sector, as part of the graduate programme and later her Master’s degree in Financial Services Management, has enabled Charlotte to look after a growing portfolio of  investment and development clients.  

Sarah Lavender - Relationship Manager (Affordable Housing)

With over 15 years experience in the commercial banking and mortgage sector along with several years of running her own business, Sarah joined the Principality in 2019. Her experience in branch based commercial banking, mortgages and owning her own company complement the Commercial Team. Sarah has now joined Jan Quarrington in managing a portfolio of housing association clients and is committed to providing support to the affordable housing sector.

Bryony joined Principality in 2016 and manages a portfolio of longstanding and new customers with a range of development and investment facilities. With a particular interest in residential development, Bryony is focused on understanding customers and tailoring opportunities suited to them.
