What are Member Rewards?

The Member Rewards page is our way of saying thanks and offers Members the chance to start enjoying benefits such as priority ticket access to selected events at Principality Stadium, 15% discount at the WRU online shop, exclusive competitions and automatic entry into all of our unmissable prize draws. 

Can the benefits be accessed any other way?

We appreciate that not all Members who qualify for our online Member Rewards page will wish to access the benefits online. Whilst we currently aren't able to offer all of the benefits that are available online, we do have an alternative option available to our Members as well. Please call us or pop into one of our branches to find out more.

Why do I need to give permission for people to contact me to access some of my benefits?

We will need to pass your details across to relevant third parties so that they can contact you with relevant information and instructions on how to use your Member Rewards.

We also want to keep you up to date with any competitions and reward updates that will be available on the page so you don’t miss anything.

Wiil I receive marketing materials from third parties?

You are giving us permission to contact you about future Principality Member Rewards and competitions. Third parties will only contact you when it’s related to your Member Rewards.

If however you are already opted in to receive information from those third parties, you will continue to receive the current level of information from them.

Why do I need Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) log in details?

Once you have activated your Member Rewards, the WRU will email you with instructions on how to activate your ticketing account with them. This will happen before the next priority ticket opportunity. You'll need this account and log in details every time you wish to purchase tickets this way.

I've completed the form but have had no e-mail from the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU).

Before the next priority ticket opportunity, the WRU will email you asking you to activate your ticketing account with them. This is so you can purchase priority tickets with them when they are available.

I'm already a Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) account holder, do I still need to complete the form?

Yes, because by completing the form, you are giving us permission to pass your details to relevant third parties, in order to offer and administer Member Rewards.

The Member Rewards page appeared in my account and then disappeared?

The Member Rewards page is only available to Principality Reward Members. Since you last accessed the Member Rewards page, you may have lost ‘Reward Member’ status. A Principality Reward Member is:

  • A person aged 18 or over who has a share investment, a savings or a mortgage loan with the Society over £100. 
  • If the customer does not qualify as a Member, the page will not appear in Your Account.

This page will only appear in Your Account when you are a qualifying Reward Member.

Why does the page currently just have Principality Stadium related benefits?

We are very proud of our new partnership and wanted to share with our Members benefits they can receive from it.

We've given away prizes that aren't related to the Stadium, one family of four won an overnight stay at the luxury 5 star, Celtic Manor Resort. The prize included an indulgent afternoon tea, a game of adventure, forest jump tree top adventure passes and £200 spending money!

Over time we plan to add more benefits to the page that aren’t just related to Principality Stadium. Once you’ve activated your Member Rewards, you’ll be notified every time something new is added to the Member Rewards page.

Priority ticket - FAQs

How will you contact me to let me know tickets are released?

You will receive an e-mail from us to let you know which event you can apply for tickets and the time frame that you will have to apply.

How long until I know whether I have been successful in applying for priority tickets?

The timeframe will vary from event to event, however it will be clear in your application e-mail how long the window is open for and the date you will be told whether you have been successful.

How many tickets can I apply for?

The maximum number of tickets will vary by event and will be clear to you when applying.

Which events can I apply for tickets?

You’ll be notified by e-mail every time we have tickets for our Reward Members to apply for. We will aim to inform you of the events as soon as possible so that you are aware what’s coming up.

I haven't received any information on priority ticket access?

If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve activated your Member Rewards by completing the form on your Member Rewards page. You’ll then receive a confirmation e-mail from us. When tickets are released to Principality Reward Members, we will then e-mail you with further instructions on how to apply for these tickets.

WRU online store discount - FAQs

How do I access my 15% discount at the WRU online store?

You can find your 15% WRU online shop discount code on your Member Rewards page. To receive your 15% discount at the WRU online shop, all you need to do is enter this code at the checkout.

The code will get updated regularly so you'll need to log back in to make sure you have the latest code available.

I can't access my 15% discount at the WRU online store.

To receive your 15% discount at the WRU online shop, you'll need to use the discount code found on your Member Rewards page. This code will get updated regularly so please make sure you are using the most up to date code. Then, all you need to do is enter this code at the check out for the discount to come off your purchase.

No, the 15% will be applied to the original full price on the item(s).

How do I access the discount?

To access your discount online, all you need to do is click on the link found on your Member Rewards page. This will take you directly to the Super Break website where it will automatically recognise that you are a Principality Reward Member and your discount will be accounted for. You must click on this link for your discount to be taken off at the check out. 

To access your discount on the phone, you need to call the following number - 01904 436 002 and quote AF364.

I have an issue with my order - what do I do?

You will need to call Super Break directly on the following number 01904 420440 or email customerservice@superbreak.com

My discount has not come off at check out - what do I do?

In order for the discount to come off at the check out, you will need to have followed the link found on your Member Rewards page. This recognises that you are a Principality Reward Member and the discount will automatically come off at check out. Your discount will not come off if you just visit the Super Break website without following the link found on your Member Rewards page.
