Our main areas of funding are:

Investment & Development funding

Our commercial team are based in Cardiff and our heartland is Wales. Generally we lend to clients who are based in Wales and the South of England, usually no more than two hours away, this is because of the relationship model that we operate with - which means we meet regularly with clients and development long lasting relationships.

We lend to a variety of clients with our loan sizes generally between £500,000 - £10 million and the maximum amount we lend is generally 65% LTV.

Social Housing

In addition, we lend to a number of Registered Social Landlords throughout Wales, supporting the Welsh Government Housing Agenda and helping to provide affordable housing throughout Wales.
